Dear Federations, dear friends of sand yachting, dear pilots, (please give this mail to every pilot you know to come)
on 5th of may we have send you the procedure of registration. Some of you/of your pilots have already registered on www.ycspo.de.
The FISLY roules aks us as organizing club to give the documentation of all pilots who have registered 2 month before the event to the FISLY (RIRC annex 12). If there are not enough pilots registered per class, we will cancel this class. Note: each country can register 10 women and 10 men per class plus actual european champion.
So please use the procedure which is with this mail (registration ec 2013 - procedure-documents v 3 20130707.pdf) to register.
Let your pilots print out page 18, 19 and 20. They have to sign it. You as FISLY federation have also to sign it. This will prove that you as the responsible federation will give confirmation for this pilot. The pilots have to bring this documents to the personal registration on the 20th or 21t september in St. Peter.
Please note that every pilot has to register online under www.ycspo.de personally (mandatory).
Things to know:
- everyone who will have access to the beach needs a "Kurkarte" (taxe de sejour - stay tax) which will be issued by your hotel or appartment agency or camping (3 Euro per day) - bring it to the registration
- no camping/camping car on the beach,Yachthafen between 0:00 and 6:00 - the police will send you away
- be sure that your pilots will have sufficient insurance in accordance to art. 2 RIRC (min 3 mio euro for all personal and all material damage during racing and sailing, inclusive damage on the third party yacht)
- where to find accommodation - look every time for Ording near Strandweg)
